Ar aghaidh le chéile - "Forward Together"

This is twice weekly class of yoga and breathing exercises. The benefit  of this exercise is well documented, and it is suitable for all ages and physical abilities.

Our classes are attended by a variety of  people who while benefiting from the physical benefits of yoga, they also enjoy the calming effect of our classes on both mind and body. Part of this is undoubtedly the social interaction that the classes allow for.

Classes are delivered in WAC hall on Monday and Thursday mornings. Check our calendar for times in case of variations depending on other bookings. This is a hybrid programme both in room and online for those not able to attend in person. There is a small charge of £2 per class.
